The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 73 m² duplex house for rent in the town of Bischwihr, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 60 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed (on request)
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 60 m² enclosed private garden
- A 20 m² north-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Bischwihr, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Various events take place throughout the year, including medieval and wine festivals, a Christmas market, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Colmar, about 6 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 50 km away
- There is a bus stop opposite the housing estate, serving Colmar and the surrounding area
- Easy access to the motorway (7 minutes away)

alles sehr sauber, Küche voll ausgestattet, Terrasse, sehr ruhig gelegen
eine Dusche wäre schöner für ältere Leute, ein paar Haken im bad für die Handtücher und eine kleine Garderobe wäre noch schön
