This comfortable apartment enjoys a prime location just a 5-minute walk from the famous Grande Plage of Biarritz.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to its convertible sofa, making it ideal for a couple, a small family, or friends wishing to fully enjoy Biarritz, between the ocean and the Basque art of living. Located just steps from shops, restaurants, and local markets, it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot and enjoying the elegant and relaxed atmosphere of the Basque coast. 🏡 The apartment includes: - Kitchen: fully renovated and fully equipped, open to the living room, with everything you need to cook just like at home. - Living room: warm and tastefully decorated, with a convertible sofa providing an extra comfortable bed. - Bedroom: pleasant room with a large double bed, wardrobe, cupboards, and a small desk.
It opens onto the balcony shared with the living room. - Bathroom: equipped with a spacious shower and a sink. - Toilets: separate for added convenience. - Balcony: accessible from the bedroom and living room, perfect for enjoying a coffee or breakfast in the sun. 🧺 Included services: - Bed linen and towels provided - End-of-stay cleaning included - Bed prepared before arrival - Free and unlimited Wi-Fi - Baby bed and high chair available on request 📍 Location Just a few minutes’ walk from the Grande Plage of Biarritz, and also very close to shops, restaurants, and the city’s must-see spots.
The location is ideal for alternating beach days, city walks, and gastronomic discoveries. 💳 Security Deposit A €500 security deposit will be required.

A service fee of €3 to €9 applies. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card limits.
Within 7 days after your departure, and subject to respecting the general terms and returning the property in perfect condition, this pre-authorization will be automatically canceled. ⏰ Check-in & Check-out A member of our team will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in.
