Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent in Le Lavandou, less than two kilometres from the beaches.
It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to four guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and a terrace of around 13 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 23 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and a Krups coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A shared swimming pool of approximately 80 m² (unheated), open from May to the end of September, fenced off with a security access card The flat is ideally situated in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... On foot, the Chemin de la Chapelle, situated just 50 m from the residence on the left, leads you directly to the town centre and the beach, which is about 900 m away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s two private parking spaces (one in the underground car park and one above ground). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Hyères, approximately 23 km away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approximately 30 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.

Pas de chauffage activé en hiver, 15°en arrivant à 16h et 18° à 22h..Pas de documentation touristique ni d'info sur l'utilisation des commodités de l'appartement.

We hebben n verblijf geboekt met gebruik van zwembad ,maar t zwembad was leeg,en dat was n hele grote teleurstelling, bij n temperatuur van 30 graden.dus ik verwacht tich wel n compensatie voor t gemis hier van .
