This is a really bright and peaceful studio flat overlooking an internal garden, in a secure gated development with porter and only 5 min walk from the old town! All amenities like bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc. are within 2 - 5min walk, the Duomo Cathedral is 10 min away and the lake is 14 min walk away.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen and there is fast reliable wifi throughout.
There is central heating + hot-cold aircon for extra comfort if needed.
The flat also offers a jacuzzi in the bathroom and the possibility to sunbathe on the balcony during sunny days (facing south and due to the building walls that reflect heat, the temperatures are always higher in winter - during sunny hours :) We also offer free parking in the street if necessary.
