The Old Telephone Exchange has four bedrooms; 1 x second-floor loft double, 3 x ground-floor. 1 x ground-floor king-size, 2 x ground-floor double, one of which has a bath, shower over, double basin, heated towel rail and WC. There's a kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a first-floor dining room and a sitting room. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside there's off-road parking for one car and an enclosed courtyard. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Come to The Old Telephone Exchange and enjoy a memorable stay. Note: There is a fully interlinked Smoke Alarm System inside the property. This property has a £200 bond that is paid to the owner.

Property was very well maintained and very clean - located near the centre of the village, with several cafes, pubs, shops and a nice Italian restaurant only a short distance away. Owner was very helpful with a list of places to go and things to do, the recommended walk along the canal path into the next village was beautiful. Very happy to recommend

We had a wonderful family weekend with all our cousins. Lots of room for 8 people. Very well equipped, lovely property within easy walk of the beautiful Marsden, with lots of pubs, cafes, etc - everything you will need. The surrounding area provides lots to do, wonderful walks, we even had a canal boat trip. Great fun. Thanks to Nick and Nicky who were wonderful hosts and very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the hosts were absolutely spot on and couldn’t have been any more helpful. They gave us recommendations around the village before arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. 10/10 from us
