Wonderful location and view. The pool is not private as listed, but for the entire building. That may have been just a poor choice of words in the description. The flat does not have AC, only humidifiers, so it is extremely hot in the summer. However, the view, especially at night is one of the best I’ve ever seen. I would love to stay there again!

Great location, a large, comfortable flat, and parking available. Beautiful view from the balcony. For Funchal, it’s a fairly quiet neighbourhood. The coffee machine is rather poor.
We recommend it.

The location is excellent and the flat has a marvellous view. The condominium has a swimming pool which should be very pleasant when the weather is good. The flat had a kitchen cleaning kit and tablets for the washing machines waiting for us.
The less good points:
- in the en suite bathroom the shower doesn't have enough water pressure
- the bathroom window in the corridor doesn't close
