The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 250 m² seaside residence for rent in Royan, about 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It has two attractive living rooms (one with a fireplace), two fully equipped kitchens, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor (two separate entrances) - A living room with sofas - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with 3 beds (double bed 140x190 and single bed 90x190), and a bunk bed with 2 beds (single beds 90x190) - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC - Utility room with separate entrance, including washing machine, tumble dryer and electric bicycles. 1st floor (separate entrance) - A living room with TV, sofa and fireplace (wood provided) - A convivial dining room - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, etc. - Bedroom 3 (terrace access): king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room and separate WC Second floor: - Bedrooms 4 and 5: two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 500 m² garden with outdoor shower - A 40 m² terrace on the first floor, facing south-west, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. - A rubbish bin is located near the gate at the entrance to the property. The house is ideally located in Royan, close to the beach, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, market, tobacconist, bakery, mini-market and chemist... Activities : - Relax on the Grande Conche beach, enjoying swimming and water sports. - Visit the Notre-Dame de Royan church, an emblematic monument of modern architecture. - Discover the central market and its local specialities in the circular market hall. - Take a stroll around the marina and admire the sunset over the ocean. Getting around: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park (spaces available for 4 vehicles). You can also park on the street if you need to. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Royan, a 5-minute drive away - Nearest airport: La Rochelle-Île de Ré, 1h15 drive away Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Household linen is not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Le séjour dans la maison Fripouille à Royan, a été parfaitement à la hauteur de nos attentes sur la base des différentes descriptions des lieux proposées sur le site de location. La perfection n’étant pas de ce monde, ma note de 4/5 est avec mes critères personnels une excellente note suite à un séjour sans fausse note dans une maison de caractère très bien située dans un quartier calme

We had a great time. I was very surprised when I had to pay $200 for towels and sheets. I did not see it anywhere in the rental.
The front steps were hard to climb, but I hear that the owners will change that. It would have been nice to know as my sister in law walks with canes.
The location is absolutely perfect!!
