Charming renovated chalet along the Ourthe for 4 people, with a fully equipped open kitchen (gas stove, filter and Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher), cozy living area with wood stove, TV and radio, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed), stylish walk-in shower, and garden with terrace, barbecue, and private parking.
On the cosy terrace with its cosy barbecue corner, you can enjoy long evenings dining and relaxing along the banks of the Ourthe River.
Just a few km away, the enchanting medieval town of Durbuy awaits, while the babij located Barvaux is bursting with charm and cosy shopping opportunities On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 17:00 hours at this holiday home. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. This accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility. De locatie: lekker rustig en op wandelafstand van Durbuy. Mooi uitzicht.
Tip voor de eigenaar: nieuwe stofzuiger voorzien. Deze verplaatst het vuil i.p.v. verwijderen. Netheid zou ook iets beter kunnen. Wij denken dat er een huisdier aanwezig geweest is in de chalet, terwijl dit niet mag. Misschien ook vermelden dat er geen tv aanwezig is, want dit staat niet zo in de beschrijving (wij hebben dit niet gemist). Voor de rest alles in orde!

Gemütliche Hütte und sehr ruhige Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten von Durbuy, die sehr schön ist.

Gezellig huisje en zeer rustig gelegen. Op wandelafstand van Durbuy, wat wel zeer leuk is.
