To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices: ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency. ⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.

People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM.

If you'd like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we offer one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest.

Bed linen and bath linen changes are available for a fee.
