The villa is on two levels and has 6 bedrooms :

The entrance to the villa is on the upper level.
You will be welcomed by a large living / dining room with television and a fully equipped American kitchen facing the sea. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee bean machine.
A guest toilet.
Bedroom 1: 180 * 200 bed with dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and terrace access.
Bedroom 2: 180 * 200 bed with dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and terrace access.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 * 190 and terrace access.
Ideal for children. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. ON THE GROUND FLOOR : Bedroom 4: 160 * 200 bed with wardrobe, shower room and pool access. Bedroom 5: 160* 200 bed with wardrobe, shower room and pool access. Bedroom 6: independent bedroom with its own external access. 180 * 200 bed with wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and pool access. A games room with table football, board games, books, etc. with two pull-out beds 90* 180cm. Ideal for children. OUTDOOR : The villa has superb outdoor spaces with more than 300 m2 of terraces. A shaded dining area with a gas plancha. A pool house with outdoor lounge and sunbathing. A 13* 7 heated swimming pool with alarm. The villa has WIFI (fiber) and air conditioning in all rooms. Hair dryers are available in all the parental rooms. For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property.
