This cottage, which can accommodate 11 people, is perfect for a family vacation, whether with friends or family.

Please note that the house is located along a road. The cottage is composed as follows: On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to a dining room with a wood-burning stove (a basket of wood is provided upon arrival, then upon request and payable locally).

Two bedrooms (facing the street), each with a double bed (140 cm).

A bathroom with a double shower and toilet, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. Upstairs: Three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with a 120 cm bed.

Two of them are located on the street side.

They are all equipped with fans for added comfort in summer. A relaxation area with a lounge area featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, foosball table, and numerous board games. Enjoy a large private outdoor space overlooking the countryside, with a large forest table under a pergola for al fresco dining, a charcoal barbecue, and a pétanque court (boules provided). Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the enclosed courtyard.

Private parking is available in the gîte's parking lot. Four-legged friends are welcome (maximum 2): €20/pet/per stay. The gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on site (charging stations are available in Semur and Saulieu).

Sheets, linens, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Optional: towels: €5/person/stay.
