The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in the town of Grosseto-Prugna, 800 m from the beach, with a surface area of 55 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. It consists of a 20 m² air-conditioned living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
On the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one bunk bed
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- An approximately 8 m² south-facing balcony with furniture and an electric awning to enjoy sunny days.
- A shared 10 x 6 m swimming pool, unheated and open from early May to late September from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Viva beach about 800 m away
- Porticcio seaside resort
- Visit the village of Grosseto-Prugna and the Genoese tower of Capitello
- Hiking (the Tour de Frassu, the Mare e Monti Sud trail, etc.)
- Discover the local cuisine
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio – Napoléon Bonaparte, located 6.2 miles away
- Nearest port: Ajaccio, ferry terminal about 7.5 miles away
Other comments:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Air conditioning is available in the living room
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Logement fonctionnel très bien équipé , idéalement situé sur la baie d'Ajaccio, proche des commerces, convenant parfaitement pour quatre adultes, un peu juste pour six personnes.
Un réseau WIFI serait très utile dans l'appartement.
