Villa Guindaste I is an elegant, single-story 3-bedroom villa in Santana, just steps from the iconic Guindaste viewpoint. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and close contact with Madeira’s natural beauty.
The interior features a modern design, providing brightness and a sense of well-being. The open-plan living area combines a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for socializing and group meals.
The villa offers three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, easily accommodating different types of guests. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and one guest WC, ensuring convenience throughout the stay.
Outside, the private pool invites refreshing dips on sunny days, while the garden and barbecue create the perfect setting for outdoor meals. The sea view completes the experience, making every moment even more special.
AREA
Located in Santana, known for its traditional thatched houses and natural beauty, the villa offers easy access to viewpoints and attractions along the north coast. It is a retreat where the serenity of the greenery meets the grandeur of the sea, providing an unforgettable stay.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santana. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
