Welcome to my comfortable, bright, and spacious apartment located in the 18th arrondissement in the heart of the African neighborhood.
Due to its environment, the neighborhood may not be suitable for guests who are not comfortable with street life.
On foot or via transport you can reach the districts of
- MONTMARTRE (Sacred Heart)
- PIGALLE (Moulin Rouge)
- The Marais & the Place des Vosges

Superb bright and spacious 40m2 apartment on the 4th floor with elevator.
In a pleasant building, you will be conquered by this well-appointed accommodation. Access to the apartment via a beautiful common room with sofa bed for 2 children, which gives access to a bedroom with double bed, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature
## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.

Positive:
Appartement très propre, comfortable, est bien situé à 13 min à pied du Sacré Coeur.
Quartier vivant, pleins de commerces, un supermarché juste en face de l'immeuble
Negative:
Un petit problème d'électricité.
Seulement un oreiller pour un lit double.
