Stay Gower is delighted to present No. 5 Princess Lofts, a stylish studio apartment in the heart of Swansea city centre.
This welcoming space is perfectly placed for a night out on the town, a weekend of shopping and dining, or as a comfortable base while you explore the city and nearby beaches.
With everything within walking distance, it’s an excellent choice whether you’re travelling with or without a car.
Situated on the first floor, the apartment is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Once inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space with everything you need for a short stay.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, hob, kettle, toaster and fridge with ice box & washing machine, while the living area includes a double bed, and a cosy two–seater sofa for relaxing.
Guests can enjoy free WiFi, a smart TV, and an electric radiator for heating.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.
Parking is conveniently located just across the road at St David’s car park, a short two to three–minute walk away.
For the best rates, we recommend using the MiPermit app, which can often be cheaper than paying directly at the car park.
