Beautiful vacation apartment in the center of the old town of Ahrweiler.
With approximately 120 sqm, we offer two bathrooms, a guest WC, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with single beds and showers, a living room with a sofa bed, and a terrace for relaxation.
Up to 8 people can be accommodated, but it is also available for just two people.
There is also provision for small visitors, with two baby beds available.
Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is located in the Ahr Valley in Rhineland-Palatinate and combines a historic old town with modern spa and wine culture.
The city is traversed by the Ahr River and is surrounded by vineyards, gentle hills, and forests that invite hiking and cycling.
It is known for its red wines as well as the Ahr Thermen.
Its proximity to the Eifel and the Rhine makes Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler a popular destination for relaxation and excursions, featuring an attractive landscape and cultural diversity.
A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is due 7 days before arrival to account number: Ralf Steins, Kreissparkasse Ahrweiler, DE32 5775 1310 1000 3375 82.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival incur a fee of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival incur a fee of 100% of the total costs.
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00.
Departure is possible until 11:00.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.

The key handover takes place personally on site or via a key box.
You will receive the code in good time before arrival.
A sofa bed can be provided upon request for €35.00/person.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €20.00 per pet/night.
The tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night will be charged additionally on site.
Upon arrival, park in the parking lot in front of Ahrtor and walk about 100 meters to the accommodation (Ahrhutstraße 18).
Until 11:00 AM, it is also permissible to drive up to the house.
