People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Photo identification is required on the registration form. ⚠️ If you are arriving by vehicle, please provide your license plate number in advance. ⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ Respect the elevator's maximum capacity to ensure everyone's safety. ⚠️ Hallways and common areas must remain organized and comply with the building's rules of conduct. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in the landlord deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is in person and begins at 3:00 PM, and our check-out is before 11:00 AM.

If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest.
