We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Balally Luas, is just a 6-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Welcome! This lovely 85m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor, accessible by lift.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished and the UK double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Great flat, very convenient for the Luas at Balally and big supermarket and shopping centre only 4 mins walk away.
Kitchen had all the basics like tin foil, condiments & dishwasher tabs etc to save me having to buy them which I really appreciated as I traveled by plane and hand luggage only!
Great stay and I will be back.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and very spacious with a gorgeous view! The proximity to Dundrum shopping center made grocery shopping easy. Check in was smooth and the host responded to our questions very quickly. Overall a great stay!!

Overall, our stay in this flat went well. It is well located and well furnished, but there are a number of small points to note: firstly, the dishwasher doesn't work; secondly, the fireplace doesn't work; there are a lot of pots and pans and basic cooking utensils missing, and the bathrooms are a little dated.
