The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use. Note: It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest with a white background in advance to grant access.

Failure to send a photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation. People who are not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags. ⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure that you have turned off all electrical equipment.

Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out is before 11:00 a.m.

If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.

Bed linen and bath linen change services can be arranged and paid separately.
