People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure that you have turned off all electrical equipment.

Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3 pm and our check-out time is before 11 am.

If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.
