Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Bordeaux, this charming flat with wifi (fiber optics), with a surface area of 30 m² and can accommodate up to 2 travelers very comfortably.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely, very bright living room, fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower).
L'Urban Light has just been completely renovated, it is warm and very bright.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - Small 6m² covered terrace with garden furniture for two.
Sunny south-west facing position, not overlooked, with uninterrupted views.
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park: Small private outdoor space, recommended for a reasonably sized vehicle (no more than 4.80 m).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Courbet tram stop 2 minutes from the flat (line D), which takes you to the pedestrianised hyper-centre in less than 10 minutes (4 stops as far as Quinconces). - Direct train station on the same line in a further 15 minutes. - Connections to the airport at Porte de Bourgogne (line A) in 30 minutes.

Proche du tramway, belle terrasse, cuisine bien équipée, lit confortable.
Manque patères dans SDB et chambre.
