Cocoonr offers this charming 72 m² air-conditioned villa with private pool for rent in Conca, less than 100 m from the Favone beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 40 m² living room with TV, armchair, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), TV with en-suite shower room, WC - Bedroom 2: two single beds, TV - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A private, heated swimming pool (2.25 x 4.65 m), equipped with a cover.
Open all year round and heated from 1 April to 1 June and from 15 September to 30 October. - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The villa is ideally located in Conca, in a tourist residence with wooded grounds and flower gardens, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Activities : - Favone diving centre - Canella Beach - Cavu natural pools - Needles of Bavella Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Bus: Porto-Vecchio ↔ Bastia line - Borgo train station: approximately 99 km away - Figari Sud-Corse airport: 1 hour away by car Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The living room and the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned - In addition to the private pool, the residence has a shared pool, a small children's pool, a playground and a restaurant. - Swimming pool: all children must be supervised by a parent.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - External surveillance cameras are installed to monitor access routes inside the residence. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
