The kitchen is equipped with an electric grill with rotating spits, a cooktop stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and all the utensils necessary for a good meal. - We provide full bed linens with pillows, blankets, and bath towels for use inside the apartment. - Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 MB), Laundry: - Iron, ironing board, and washing machine. - Covered garage for 2 cars with space for 1 motorcycle; Notes: - We do not allow pets; - No smoking inside the apartment; - Common garden, direct access to the sand and sea. Please keep it organized, clean, and dry. - The condominium has an elevator; - Linens for all beds (sheets + top sheet, 10 pillowcases, blankets, and 10 sets of towels (bath and face); - If your group is made up of adults and children, we can accommodate 4 extra single mattresses; - We do not provide beach items; - Respect the condominium rules and quiet hours; Region: - The beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards.
