We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. There is free private parking in the garage. The nearest train station, Moledo do Minho, is just a 1-minute walk. Aeroporto Francisco Sá Carneiro is a 53-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This three-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city.

It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker. There are three inviting bedrooms, each echoing the relaxed charm of a seaside escape.
The first bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom.
The second includes a double bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a cosy single bed that can turn into two single beds and practical storage. The shared bathroom has fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. To complete the coastal atmosphere, the apartment opens onto a balcony — a simple but welcoming spot to enjoy the fresh breeze with a morning coffee or a quiet break in the afternoon. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Very nice flat , has everything you need inside the house and locally, very peaceful place if you looking for quiet and relaxing time, beach is only 5 minutes away with restaurants/bars close by, really enjoyed my staying at this place , THANKS 🙏!

A beautiful house in excellent condition, with air conditioning in every room and a fully equipped kitchen. Situated in a lovely area, with everything within easy walking distance – the beach, a grocery shop, a bakery, etc. – and easy access to nearby towns. Perfect for spending a few days with friends or a large family

: Well located and spacious
The musty smell in the house. The hydromassage column in the en-suite bathroom had a tap in poor condition. The crockery in the cupboards was dusty and we had to wash it before using it. And finally, we weren’t given the option of a late check-out, even though they made us check in late.
