Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just a 7-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

O edifício é antigo, restaurado com zonas interessantes como a zona comum, o jardim, mas o piso do quarto tem zonas a ceder, o piso do WC deveria ser substituído. As almofadas são bastante confortáveis e as toalhas muito macias. Um odor agradável no quarto.

Great stay and perfect location! The room was very nice, and customer support replied instantly. We absolutely loved the morning breakfast with fresh pastries, juice, and coffee on the beautiful veranda. It was a lovely surprise. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Estava tudo impecável. O quarto é espaçoso e a casa de banho também. A cama era muito confortável. Pequeno-almoço variado, incluindo fruta, ovo cozido e pastel de nata.
Como é um edifício antigo, ouvia-se um pouco o barulho das escadas, mas nada que incomodasse. O prédio não tem elevador.
