We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Beco Amaro, is just a 5-minute walk. Madeira Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

For your convenience, you’ll also have access to a shared laundry room and a communal terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy some fresh air. The bright, open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table—ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials you need to prepare your favourite meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and cookware. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Everything was great! The apartment is nice, clean, and very comfortable. The support team responds incredibly fast, which is a huge plus. The only minor downside was that there were only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for a 7-day stay for two adults. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!
