We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest bus station at Rua de Alvide (lines 8, 13, 17, 1623) is just a 2-minute walk.
Cascais train station is 4-minutes by car. at Rua de Alvide is a 31-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre.

The bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a restful queen-size bed and generous storage space, ensuring a tidy and comfortable stay. The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. A true highlight of the apartment is the lovely sunroom—an inviting spot to start your day with a coffee or wind down with a book, all while enjoying the gentle breeze in a calm and private setting. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The place is immaculate, cute , and super functional. Located in a quiet area and within walking distance of hypermarket Auchan and town center. I was a bit apprehensive about getting the key and opening the door but I had absolutely no issue with it. Very clear instructions. And a special thanks for the fan!!

High-quality accommodation, a refurbished flat, exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and safe stay. Excellent communication from the host. The check-in videos were very useful and easy to follow.

A clean flat located a 20-minute walk from the city centre, with parking available in front of the building. Convenient for exploring the surrounding area. A quiet flat; there is some noise from neighbours, but this is down to the standard of insulation found in all buildings in Portugal. I recommend it.
