Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² chalet in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via for rent, with a ski station within walking distance and an exceptional view of the Pyrenees.
It can accommodate up to 10 people.
It comprises an attractive 34 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a 150 m² garden.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The chalet is made up as follows: Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room and WC - Separate WC - Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer First floor: - A living room with a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Children's bedroom (2 bunk beds, sleeps 4) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - Mezzanine with sofa For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful south-facing private garden of 150 m² to enjoy on sunny days. - 15 m² south-facing first-floor terrace with furniture The chalet is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : The ski slopes and hiking trails are easily accessible from the chalet, by car or on foot (around 15 minutes).
A bus stop is just 20 m from the chalet, taking you to the town centre cable car.
A footpath just 100 m away takes you to Font-Romeu.
The town centre is a 5-10 minute drive away.
Nearby: hiking, hot tubs, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, visits...
Spain is also nearby, just 20 minutes away by car, with the town of Puigcerdà in particular.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house's private car park.
The garage is not suitable for vehicles as garden furniture is stored there.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport is 1 hour 35 minutes away by car.

Le chalet est absolument magnifique, très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et très bien placé .Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, nous étions 12 personnes, 6 adultes et 6 enfants et nous avons manqué de rien, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique endroit! Le chalet est parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et très bien situé.
La communication avec Dominique le propriétaire est très facile et agréable. L'accueil sur place fait par Sophie est très chaleureux! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!
