The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults or for families with 2 adults and 4 children (please note the bed layout).
Living room - dining room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom on the ground floor.Bedrooms: 3 Bedroom no. 1 with 2 single beds and open (no door) to the other bedroom no. 2 Bedroom no. 2 with 1 single bed (1.2m wide bed) Bedroom no. 3 with 1 single bed (1.2m wide bed)Detached, last house on the street.
Neighbour approx. 120m away.
Very quiet location.
Large grounds approx. 2'200m2.
Garden seating area with garden fireplace.
Outdoor dining area.
Gas barbecue available. 2 car parking spaces in the shade.Heating: The wood consumption for heating is free.
However, the heating must be operated manually.
If electric heating is used, the electricity costs are measured with the general meter.
