A traditional stone house with character, where a relaxed holiday and a pleasant atmosphere are more important than impeccable perfection.
This renovated stone house from the year 1900 with a garden is located in Preko on the island of Ugljan.
It is in a quiet location, right by the pier, just five metres from the sea. Around the house there is a 250m² well-kept garden, with a beautifully laid out, roofed terrace with a table, chairs and a hot tub. The rear courtyard has a brick-built barbecue.
Right in front of the house there are public parking spaces available.
The site is enclosed with a wooden gate to the front and a fence around the garden, and is therefore suitable for pets. There is another smaller apartment unit on the property.
Guests who rent a house share an entrance yard/access area with that apartment unit.
The garden, the hot tub area and the barbecue area are intended exclusively for the guests of the house. The house provides 70m² of living space and can accommodate five people.
It consists of a spacious living room-kitchen with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern appliances.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine.
