On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a single bed and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. Two further bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with rain shower and WC are located on the upper floor.
The living area with a table, 5 chairs and a cosy living area has real oil paintings on the walls, a fireplace for romantic evenings as well as WiFi access and a washing machine.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.The outdoor area of the house invites you to linger with its terrace directly facing the water.
Equipped with teak furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor barbecue, it is the perfect place to unwind.
There are also two car parking spaces right next to the house.
