VILLA MARIE is located in a suburb of Calpe.
It extends over two floors with a total of 4 separate entrances.
The property is only ever rented to one tenant, so that you can use both flats.On the upper floor there is a large living room with air conditioning, fireplace, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, internet and two bedrooms, each with two double beds and air conditioning.
There is also a dining room, hallway, full bathroom with bidet, guest WC and kitchen.
It is fully equipped with fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and crockery.
There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area.The private, illuminated pool measures 5 x 10 metres and is cleaned weekly.
The space around it is suitable for sunbathing and socialising in the evenings and for barbecues.
There is a further terrace at kitchen level.In the basement there is another flat with a large living-bedroom, air conditioning, Smart TV, a small bedroom, full bathroom with WC and a small kitchen, as well as two separate terraces.The carport measures 225 cm in height, 430 cm in width, 540 cm in length (closed) and 590 cm (open).RESTAURANTS in the immediate neighbourhood: a two-minute walk will take you to one of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the house: The Maryvilla Restaurant with German cuisine and secondly the renowned restaurant OSCAR, which offers French specialities.
In Calpe we recommend LAS OLAS with Spanish cuisine.
About 100 metres from the house you can get breakfast supplies from the German-speaking bakery in summer.The beaches:(1) PLAYA PUERTO BLANCO (1 KM).
This small beach is located near the Puerto Blanco sports harbour, is made of sand and round stones and is equipped with foot showers, toilets, litter bins, jetties and lifeguards.(2) PLAYA ARENAL-BOL (3 KM).
At the foot of the Peñón de Ifach, within the town of Calpe, we find this fine sandy beach with marvellous waters, which was awarded the blue flag in 2008.
It is about 1400 metres long with an average width of 60 metres and is equipped with the following services: Surveillance and rescue service, disabled access, signposted access, access for motor vehicles, city buses, car park, toilets, showers, water sports, cleaning service, jetties, hire of parasols and sunbeds and a kiosk.
A fully equipped beach so that the family can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean.(3) PLAYA LEVANTE (6 KM).
This is Calpe's most popular beach, with 950 metres of fine sand, located to the north of the Peñón de Ifach.
It is also the most complete beach in Calpe and is equipped with jetties, litter bins, a children's playground, hire of roller skates, parasols and sunbeds, foot showers, lifeguard service, baths, showers, changing rooms and a sports area.
This beach has also been awarded the blue flag and the new Q certification for beach quality from the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality (ICTE).We recommend hiring a car in Alicante, which is advisable locally and also costs less than a taxi.
However, you should only choose car hire companies within the airport terminal.From the house and property you have a fantastic view of the rock rising out of the sea, the PEÑON DE IFACH, the landmark of the Costa Blanca, a popular and recommended excursion destination.
The terraces surrounded by lemon trees offer an impressive view of the Mediterranean.
You only need about 5 minutes on foot to reach the cliffs.
It is ideal for snorkelling.
Surfing is also possible on the sandy beaches of the village.
They can be reached by car in just a few minutes. 200 metres from the house you will find floodlit tennis courts and two restaurants.
And you can be on the golf course in half an hour by car.
