The eight bedrooms comprise a super-king-size with TV and en-suite freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin and WC, a king-size with en-suite freestanding bath, handheld shower, basin and WC, a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, two further king-size rooms, a ground-floor king-size with TV, a double, and a twin, served by a bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a private driveway with parking for five cars and a generous garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, swimming pool and summer house. For added convenience, Frenchay Park House offers gas central heating, WiFi, bed linen and towels, fuel and power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove included in the price, along with a cot, highchair and z-bed. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub, with a river set 1 mile away. Please note, this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Frenchay Park House is a wonderful base for guests looking to spend quality time together in this superb setting. Important notes: the swimming pool is unheated and available from May to September; the hot tub is located a short walk across the garden; during school holidays and half terms this property accepts a minimum stay of three nights.
