Holiday home with garden, terrace and garden pavilionThe holiday home is surrounded by a 3000 square metre plot with a panoramic view.your holiday home offers you two floors, four rooms (three of which are bedrooms), 120 square metres of living space and is suitable for seven to eight people.
There is also a cot in the living room.
It is a purist interior that offers you everything.
There are three bedrooms, each with two or three single beds, TV, video and CD. In the well-equipped kitchen with hot and cold running water you will also find a fridge (ice compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom has hot and cold running water, shower, WC and hairdryer.
There is internet access and television reception via satellite: Terrace, garden furniture, garden shower, barbecue facilities and gazebo.700 metres away in the nearby village you will find shops and restaurants.Away from the crowds, but everything is close by. All thanks to the good location of the house.
On the motorways and main routes you can quickly reach the towns, sights of Balaton and the surrounding area.
In bad weather, when the temperatures are low and in the off-season you can go on excursions to the nearby towns.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Das Haus liegt abseits umgeben von Weinstöcken und z.Z.von Sonnenblumenfeldern.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Siofok.
Es gibt einen Laden vor Ort wo es Lebensmittel zu kaufen gibt.
Viel genutzt wurde von uns auch die Gartendusche.
Das Grundst...
Zu beachten wäre eine etwas enge Treppe welche in die Küche führt. Diese befindet sich im Kellergeschoss (sehr zum Vorteil bei Außentemperatur um die 36 Grad)da es dort angenehm kühl ist.
