Cocoonr offers this delightful 120 m² chalet in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via to rent for up to 8 people.
Chalet Nivaria is located in the Domaine des Cerfs, a quiet wooded area close to the forest and hiking trails.
It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room with fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 500 m².
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises On the main level: - 55 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Laundry and table football facilities - Separate WC Lower level: - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (for a total of 4 beds) - Ski-room equipped for 8 people with boot dryer - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside : - A lovely 500 m² private, unenclosed garden - A 20 m² south-facing terrace accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The chalet is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : Winter sports, hiking, mountain biking For information on the resort's opening dates, please visit the Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 website.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Skibus about 100 m away - Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via (TER station) approx. 3.55 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan, approx. 90 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - During the winter period, from 1 November to 31 March, the region is subject to the Mountain Law: please bring suitable equipment (winter tyres or anti-slip devices) to access the accommodation safely. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
