The modern Konny vacation rental offers a comfortable retreat with 110 square meters of living space in a prime location near the lake and is available this season at an attractive rental rate—there is a construction site in the neighborhood (shell construction until the end of June). The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a total of four rooms, including two separate bedrooms with laminate flooring and a relaxation room for quiet time.
With sleeping accommodations for up to four people and two bathrooms, the apartment is ideal for families or couples.
Children are welcome. The barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible design, featuring an elevator and ground-level entrances, ensures that guests with limited mobility can enjoy a fully accessible stay. Two bathrooms are available, each with walk-in showers, sinks, mirrors, windows, and hair dryers.
Additionally, a bathtub is available for relaxing moments.
The living and dining area is spacious and equipped with a comfortable sofa area, armchairs, a dining table, a dresser, and satellite TV. The open kitchen opens directly onto the living area and is fully equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and high-quality dishes and cutlery.
Kitchen utensils, dish towels, and a starter supply of dishwashing detergent are also provided, so you can feel right at home. Relax on the covered terrace with direct access to the garden, which is furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers.
Here you can enjoy the view of the greenery and benefit from the peaceful, natural surroundings by the lake.
The apartment includes two free parking spaces in the underground garage. All windows are fitted with privacy screens, and the underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.

Uns hat alles gefallen, aber Bewohner sollten wissen, dass die Umgebung hügelig/bergig ist, man sollte etwas Kondition haben
