ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt
Dass die Kommunikation englisch ist - in Frankreich!
Dass einiges repariert (Lampen, Duschvorhang) und gereinigt (Boden, Fenster) werden muss.
Fernsehen nur mit Netflix und Co.
