The bright, non-smoking ground floor apartment with a view of the green garden offers a pleasant living environment and extends over two floors.
The separate entrance provides additional privacy, while the very quiet location with no through traffic is ideal for relaxing days.
You are only a few minutes' walk from the lake and the charming old town of Haltern am See with its restaurants, cafés, museums and small shops.
The Münsterland and Ruhr areas are also within easy reach and offer a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a light-filled living room with a wood-burning stove and sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the basement, there is a hallway and a quiet bedroom, perfect for restful nights.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
An e-charging station is available in your public car park 400 metres away.
You will be living in a climate-neutral home, with solar power or green electricity and heating provided by a geothermal system or the wood-burning stove.
Conditions/extras Upon request and for an additional fee, an additional room can be booked.
It is possible to rent the flat on a long-term basis at special rates upon request.
