An old building made of blond Lot stone, the Résoulès I Gîte combines rustic charm with modern comfort.
Ideal for 4 people, it offers: - air conditioning/heating, - free Wi-Fi, - free on-site outdoor and uncovered parking, - a bedroom with a double bed, - a mezzanine with 2 single beds accessible by a staircase, - a bright living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, complete set of dishes, etc. - a bathroom with shower, washing machine, - a separate toilet.
Outdoors, a large sunny terrace awaits you for meals, naps, or aperitifs, lulled by the sound of birdsong.
Thanks to the awning, you can adjust the shade and light to suit your tastes. - Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €45 - Household linen available at an additional cost: €12 per person - Pets not allowed Gîte Résoulès I is located on a large estate shared with another gîte (Résoulès II) and a family home.
Each gîte takes full advantage of the vast wooded garden.

The shared swimming pool (reserved for residents of both gîtes) is a real plus: enough deckchairs and furniture for everyone to find their place and savor the moment.
