This beautiful vacation home with a three-person outdoor spa is located in the province of Namur in our neighboring country Belgium, one kilometer from the town of Somme-Leuze.
The vacation house stands in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing vacation close to home.
The wooded area around Somme-Leuze is perfect for walking, horseback riding or cycling.
In the vicinity you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Nice stores and terraces can be found in the beautiful old Ardennes town of Durbuy, five kilometers from the vacation home. This recently completely renovated vacation home is all on one floor and the garden is completely fenced.
Cozy living room with garden doors to the covered veranda, a sitting area, a wood stove, flat screen television with home cinema, a DVD player and a dining area.
A fully equipped open kitchen including a four-burner stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a fridge-freezer and a toaster. Also on the ground floor a single bedroom with Wii game console and a bedroom with two single box spring beds.
Shower with washbasin and a separate toilet.
There is a spacious covered terrace (not heated) with lounge seating and whirlpool for three people.
From the covered terrace you have access to an outdoor terrace of natural stone. The upper floor has one spacious but low attic room with a double bed and play area for children.
The first floor has a second separate toilet and two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a sink and a walk-in rain shower. Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • If you are booking with a youth group up to 30 years old, there is a double deposit. • Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption. • Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked. Please bring the following items with you for this holiday home: • Children's bed • High-chair Park facilities Surroundings Somme-Leuze is located in beautiful open rolling countryside, interspersed with forests and in one of the most beautiful areas of the Ardennes.
Besides wonderful cycling, hiking, swimming and horseback riding, there are also plenty of other fun trips.
Visit for example the famous caves of One Thousand and One Nights in Hotton-sur-Ourthe, search for treasure in the labyrinth house in Barvaux or stroll through the flea market of Bomal.
Do you prefer something sporty? Then go rafting, climbing, mountain biking or discover one of the other adventurous activities in the area.
For a day of shopping, Liège is the right place.
Do not forget to try a delicious Liège waffle on one of the cosy terraces.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huisje was erg gezellig en de omgeving is prachtig. We hebben genoten van het bubbelbad en de gezelligheid van de houtkachel. In de omgeving hebben we verschillen de leuke dingen gedaan. Waaronder naar Durbuy geweest, wat een prachtig stadje. De Grotten van Han was ook prachtig. Top vakantie!

Prima huis. Binnenkant oogt wat gedateerd door het vele hout. Geeft wel een warme sfeer. Slaapkamers beneden zijn modern. Houthaard zeer gedateerd. Je moet geen last van fijnstof hebben, dan zit je hier niet goed. Goede warmwatervoorziening. Grote eettafel. Zitmeubelen niet comfortabel. Keuken is prima. Veel serviesgoed en grote pannen.

We troffen het huis vies aan, overvolle asbak, vuile vaat in kast, vuile bbq, vuiligheid in en om bubbelbad. Geluidshinder van buur honden. Niet bruikbare koekenpan en te weinig pannen. Bezem kapot, geen stoffer en blik aanwezig. Elektrische kachel en gaskachel ipv cv. Verkeerde hoeslakens, 2 ipv 1 persoons. 1 sleutel is tekort. Omgeving is prachtig
