The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming chalet for rent in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, with mountain views, covering an area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 14 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), two fully fitted kitchens, six bedrooms, one bathroom (with a bath) and two shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The chalet is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet
- A fully fitted kitchen
- A utility room
- A billiards room with TV and darts
The billiards table can be folded away to create a dining table.

The ground floor, facing the garden, has a separate entrance.
Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. On the first floor - A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood at extra cost) and sofas - A dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 3: with two single beds On the second floor: - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom (with bath) - A separate toilet On the third floor: - Bedroom 5 with mountain views: with a queen-size bed (160x190) - Bedroom 6: with a double bed (140x190) - A sleeping area: with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A shower room (with shower and toilet) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron Outdoors: - A beautiful, unfenced, private garden of 1,000 m² with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A 10 m² balcony The chalet is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant setting.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - Various winter sports: skiing, snowboarding, sledding - Snowshoeing to explore the snow-covered mountains - Cross-country skiing and gentle snow activities - Half-day or full-day hiking - Walking on marked trails, from the easiest to the most challenging Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Andorre-L'Hospitalet, 44 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, 122 km away - Shuttles just a few steps from the accommodation to take you to the cable cars. Other remarks: - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided at an additional cost - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
