The Cocoonr agency offers this charming chalet for rent in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, with mountain views, a surface area of 110 m², and capacity for up to 10 guests.
It consists of a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m².
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets included, we are waiting for you! The chalet is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A garage with a laundry room and a pool table On the first floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood at extra cost) and sofas - A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with two single beds On the second floor: - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom (with shower) - A separate toilet On the third floor: - Bedroom 3 with mountain view: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) - A sleeping area: with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom (with bathtub and toilet) For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful, unfenced, private garden of 1,000 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days - A 10 m² balcony The chalet is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant setting.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: - Various winter sports: skiing, snowboarding, sledding - Snowshoeing to explore the snow-covered mountains - Cross-country skiing and gentle snow activities - Half-day or full-day hiking - Walking on marked trails, from the easiest to the most challenging Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Andorre-L'Hospitalet, 44 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, 122 km away - Shuttles just a few steps from the accommodation to take you to the cable cars.
