Glasson Mews Holiday Home No. 2 is a lakeside holiday home located in Glasson, County Westmeath, overlooking Lough Ree in Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands.
Set within a small development of holiday homes close to Glasson Lakehouse Hotel, this property offers a quiet lakeside setting within easy reach of Athlone town. The holiday home enjoys lake views from the living area and patio, with access to local walking routes, golf courses, boating activities and lakeside amenities.
Glasson village is nearby, with pubs, restaurants and a local shop, while Athlone town is approximately 6 km away. GLASSON MEWS HOLIDAY HOME NO. 2 - 3 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 5 This holiday home sleeps up to 5 guests, with the option of an additional sofa bed, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The property is arranged on the ground floor and is well suited to families or small groups. If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager, with the calculation method varying by property, or through a Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager / Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
