Adjoining the owners' house, it enjoys an ideal location in the heart of the village, in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Just a few minutes away, explore: Saint-Paulien, 4 km away (shops, services, water park, religious heritage), Lavoûte-sur-Loire, 9 km away (castle, water sports at the Aqua-passion center), or the majestic Polignac fortress, 10 km away.
Pleasant and well-designed outdoor spaces: You will enjoy a private covered terrace of 15 m², ideal for al fresco dining. A 200 m² garden, partly shared, completes this verdant setting. A covered carport and a ping-pong table add a touch of comfort and leisure. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (closed fireplace, free firewood), shower room, toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 cot), toilet. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table. Oil-fired central heating included in the price.
