Just 300 metres from the fine sandy beaches of La Llosa and a 15-minute walk from the port and centre of Cambrils, the villa perfectly combines the calm of a residential area with proximity to the sea and authentic Mediterranean life. The housing is distributed over two spacious and very bright floors, designed to live comfortably without giving up privacy.
A particularly noteworthy aspect is that the entire villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature at any time of the day, even during the hottest months of summer. On the upper floor, you will find a large dining room filled with natural light, perfectly air-conditioned, three elegant double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a courtesy toilet, and a spectacular terrace with a porch, ideal for peaceful breakfasts or sunset dinners with total comfort. The ground floor offers a spacious dining room and an additional living room, equally air-conditioned, a second fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and direct access to the outside, where the garden and swimming pool become the main protagonists. The exterior of Villa Gladiols is an authentic Mediterranean refuge.

In addition to air conditioning throughout the accommodation, the villa offers free WiFi and a private garage, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.
