(+) : Lo acogedor y sobre todo la ubicación
(-) : Es algo ruidoso por la noche ya que hay bares bajo y por la mañana pasan los niños al cole, las campanas De la Iglesia de al lado, pero en cierta manera también tiene su encanto, camas muy cómodas
