Villa Maria is a spacious and elegant property set in a peaceful location, consisting of two separate buildings within the same fully fenced estate, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.
In the historic main villa, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room with fireplace and piano, perfect for relaxing and social moments. From here, guests have direct access to the covered porch, which leads out to the swimming pool, the heart of the outdoor space.
On the upper floor, there is a cozy sitting area and 6 bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms. One of the highlights of the villa is the beautiful upper-floor terrace with lake views, an ideal spot for breakfasts, sunsets, or simply enjoying the scenery.
The second building, located just a few steps from the main villa and still within the gated property, offers 2 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with kitchen, providing extra privacy and independence.
The fully fenced property includes private parking, an olive grove, and unique panoramic views, making Villa Maria the perfect retreat for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, comfort, and beauty.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to all areas of the villa and the entire property.
The only spaces not accessible are those reserved for the caretakers, who live in a separate, independent apartment located at the back of the villa.
The caretakers will be available at all times to assist with any needs or requests, while fully respecting your privacy. They will not use any of the guest areas unless specifically requested.
This setup ensures maximum privacy, comfort, and peace of mind throughout your stay.
We will meet you at check-in to welcome you and show you around the villa.
