Adriatic Guesthouse Balota with Shared Pool is a small, beach‑proximate property in Viganj, Dubrovnik–Neretva County, Croatia, offering comfortable accommodation with a shared outdoor swimming pool.
It is situated in the village of Viganj on the Pelješac peninsula, a short distance from the Neretva River and the Adriatic Sea, about 400–500 m from the nearest pebble or family‑friendly beach.
The area is known for calm waters, windsurfing, and kitesurfing, making it popular with watersports‑oriented guests. Note: Private parking is available, and a reservation is not required. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are allowed with notice, pet fee is 10 EUR per pet, per day. PAYMENT OF THE TOURIST TAX IS MANDATORY; children up to 7 years are exempt. From 12 to 18 years old, 50% of the tax applies, depending on the area (TZA). BREAKFAST €12.00 This one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to two guests. Thanks to its excellent location, everything you'll need for your vacation is just a short walk from the property.

Basen i leżaki dostępne bez problemów, gospodarze uprzejmi i pomocni. Sympatyczni ludzie 😊 Dojście do plaży 200m, blisko sklep, piekarnie, lokale z jedzeniem. Okolica przepiękna i spokojna
Bardzo słaby zasięg wifi, w niektórych miejscach w ogóle nie łapał zasięgu. Wieczorami jak chciało się obejrzeć jakiś film to było to niemożliwe z uwagi iż co chwilę się zacinał i ładował
