Spacious and comfortable holiday cottage located in the village center.
On the ground floor: a large 40m² living room, a separate kitchen opening onto a 500m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, the first with a double bed (140x190cm) and a pull-out bed (two single beds, 90x190cm), and the second with two single beds (90x190cm) and a child's bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
A high chair and baby bath are provided.
Electric heating and wood are included.
Telephone (incoming calls). End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Garage.
In the heart of Saint-Brisson, a very peaceful village in the Morvan Regional Natural Park (Park Visitor Center). Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted, with the Cure River and ponds right on the property, and the Settons and Pannecière lakes nearby.
You can also explore Saulieu, Autun, Château-Chinon, Vézelay, and the Vauban Castle in Bazoches. Utilities and options: Kitchen linens, heating, electricity, and firewood included. End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €90. Bed linen rental: €12 per person / €18 per person for a double bed. Towel rental: €6 per person. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 109.76 € per stay . Napkins : 7.32 € per stay . Sheets : 21.95 € per stay . Sheet for small bed : 14.63 € per stay Property managed by a professional.
