The original foundation of this historic apartment dates back to circa 700–800 AD, the time when Amantea was first settled and founded (as evidenced by its construction into the mountain rock).
The placement, up above and at the heart of the historic center, is noticeable from afar, as it is located under an arch. It offers breathtaking views of the entire town and the Tyrrhenian Sea, including Stromboli.
Fully renovated with an exceptionally finished interior. Beautifully restored antique furniture and décor. Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, and smart TV. This apartment also boasts a fully functional kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals at home.
The bathroom is also fully renovated and features a shower, WC, bidet, and pedestal sink. The unit also comes equipped with a washing machine and drying rack.
The ground floor offers lots of room to cook and enjoy a gourmet meal at home or simply relax and watch some Netflix on the large pullout couch, which also converts to a very comfortable full-size matrimonial bed.
