Ranger Outpost is a four bedroom, three bathroom 1,950 square feet single-family home with a split floor plan.
One King Bed and three Queens.
The home includes a private, in-ground, 10,000 gal swimming pool in the fully fenced backyard.
Not a salt water pool.
The primary bathroom includes a shower only, while the guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combo.
Soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.
The kitchen and living room share an open floor concept with a breakfast bar. The laundry room is located in the kitchen pantry headed towards the garage entrance.
Ping Pong and Foosball games are yours to enjoy.

We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation. All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy.
Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance. The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions.
All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor.
Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform.
To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning.
All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations.
Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges.
Our standard one-time pet fee is: - $85 for up to 2 pets The 2-lane driveway can accommodate 4 average-sized sedans/trucks and also your medium sized RV or Boat with trailer. A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank.
Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay.
If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25. For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at: - To the Left of the Front Door - Above the Backyard Gate Facing the Pool To maintain the property and pool for your comfort and enjoyment, routine maintenance is performed regularly.
Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, pest control is done quarterly, and pool cleaning/maintenance is completed twice a week.
Our service vendors will not require access inside the property, but you may notice them working in and around the exterior or pool area during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance. There are no cameras inside the house.
These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests.
For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 9 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.
This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Ranger in great shape for everyone! Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited.
For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area.
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants.
Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast.
If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

Marion Manor is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with several public schools in the city. The city of Navarre has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. Be advised that there are no sidewalks in the neighborhood, but there also isn't much traffic going in and out.
